With over 1800 commercial breweries in the UK and thousands of home brewers, the beer sector is a ever growing passion in the UK. A big part of the bottling process involves a lovely designed label being applied to your beer, ale and cider bottles and this is where we come in! Using our print and design expertise we can help launch your brand to the next level.
The most cost-effective option is our standard gloss paper material. Its permanent adhesive means it sticks great to beer bottle and is available in a range of matte and gloss finishes. With low minimum order quantities from 150 labels to our bulk value discounts, we have solutions for home brewers all the way to larger brands mass producing beer.
We also offer other materials that might better suit your brand. Our recycled paper is a more textured paper that’s perfect for more environmentally conscious breweries. Metallic vinyl labels work well with craft beers and limited-edition products. If you want your beer labels to be slightly thicker and harder wearing, then one of our vinyl options would be the ideal choice.
Using our in-house laser cutter we can cut labels to pretty much any shape and size. We don’t charge any extra for custom shape beer labels which gives you lots of creative flexibility. You don’t have to stick to the same sizes as everyone else! We can also cut labels using metal dies – this is recommended when ordering large amount of dark coloured labels as the white cutline is far less noticeable compared to laser cut labels. Please contact us for the prices involved when ordering dies.
Most breweries will be accustomed to using a labelling machine to apply labels to bottles. It’s a much faster and efficient way of labelling large runs bottles. As part of the proofing process we can ensure your labels are supplied in the way that works best for you and the match the requirements of your labelling machine. You may also require unique data on each label such as serial numbers, batch numbers or barcodes. We have printed thousands of variable data labels for hundreds of customers, our design team can help! To find out more about our variable data service please contact us.
