Sticker Rolls - Easy to store & peel

Rolls are our most popular choice for how stickers and labels are supplied. Rolls take up less space than label sheets and are much less likely to get damaged during storage. One of the main benefits to ordering rolls is that we remove all of the excess sticker material or ‘matrix’ as its known in the print industry. This means the only thing left to peel away are the stickers themselves. You won’t struggle to find the edges or crease the labels to get them off. They are a great choice for fast paced environments like takeaway kitchens as stickers can be easily peeled away at speed with no issues.

Using Labelling machines

Rolls are a must if you will be mechanically applying your labels to products. This is a great way of speeding up your packaging process and saving time. Using our in-house laser cutter, metal die cutter and re-winding equipment we can supply rolls in many ways to cater for your specific needs. All labelling machines work slightly differently so we have an extremely open approach to finishing bespoke orders for our customers. Almost all our materials are available on rolls. From clear, metallic and standard vinyl all the way to our eco paper range. We can cut labels to pretty much any shape and size on all material options giving you amazing freedom when ordering sticker rolls.

Q. How many labels will I get on a roll?

This can vary depending on the shape, size and quantity ordered. Unless something specific is requested we will finish rolls in whatever way is most efficient while also adhering to our strict quality control measures. Larger orders and orders that contain multiple designs will be split into multiple rolls of similar sizes.

Q. Can I request specific quantities per rolls?

Yes, we are always happy to split orders into rolls of preferred amounts. Sometimes If an order is deemed too small this may not be possible due to production reasons. Please contact us if this is required and we can help.

Q. What core sizes do you offer?

We offer both 76mm and 38mm cores. If nothing specific is required, we will use whichever core size is most efficient with your label specifications.

Q. How do I know if I have the correct quantities?

When printing all orders we have a sensor which counts each sticker, so we always know you are getting the correct amount. We will always supply more then what is ordered due to production reasons.

Can I have multiple designs on a single roll?

Yes, we can setup rolls to have a repeating set of different designs. As this requires additional setup at our end, please get in touch with us and we can help.

Can I have variable data labels supplied on rolls?

Yes, using our printer’s inbuilt software we can use text data such as barcodes, serial numbers and other codes to print rolls of unique labels. The cost of our variable data service varies depending on each order. Please contact us with your requirements and we will be able to help.
